Eshu, also known as Elegua, Exu or Elegba, is an orisha (god) in Yoruba religion, mediator and guardian of the crossroads. The orisha of communication and movement. He connects humans to the divine, carries sacrifices to the gods, and controls opportunities.

Last Friday is a unique opportunity to get an insight into the artistic practices of local contemporary artists who conduct their professional artistic practices in the studios at Nordjyllands Kunstnerværksted in Aalborg.
As part of the event we also host an artist-talk, the talk is moderated by Laura Luce and Temesgen Argaw from lim collective, a platform which organizes socially engaged art in Northern Jutland.
All are welcome!
Last Friday is part of BKUF, initiated in a collaboration between the platforms Aalborg Artist’s Association, Skal Contemporary, and the artists from Nordjylland Kunstnerværksted.
